Chesapeake Neurosurgery LLC was founded in July 2004. Chesapeake Neurosurgery offers the most advanced minimally invasive surgery for the brain and spine. The practice’s philosophy is to reserve surgical treatment as a last resort after thorough consideration of all appropriate non-surgical treatments. In an effort to provide medical care to our entire community we accept all medical insurance and provide emergency neurosurgical services to several area hospitals.

Dr. Neal J. Naff and Dr. Zeena Dorai are both members of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS), as well as numerous other professional societies.

An important dimension of the group is its academic affiliation. Our physicians have demonstrated our commitment to teaching and the hands-on training of neurosurgical residents from Johns Hopkins. This aspect of the practice has moved to further position our group in the forefront of neurological innovation.
